Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms govern your use of The Quiet Rooms ("we", "us", "our", the "Service") operated by The Quiet Rooms. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Quiet Rooms is an independent revision aid for a range of professional examinations. It provides single-best-answer questions, flashcards, timed mocks and past papers to help you rehearse content you have already studied. The Service is a study aid; it is not professional advice, is not affiliated with any awarding body, regulator or training provider, and does not guarantee any examination outcome.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. You must give accurate information.
3. Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of day 7, you will be prompted to subscribe to the plan you selected. You can cancel from your account at any time.
4. Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Single-room plans are £49/month or £399/year (equivalent to £33.25/month). All-access plans, which include every room, are £99/month or £599/year (equivalent to £49.92/month). All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Yearly plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed fewer than 20 questions and no mock papers.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, screen-scrape, or use our questions to train machine learning models. You may not share your account. All content is © The Quiet Rooms.
7. Content accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and up to date, but syllabuses and rules change and errors happen. You should always cross-check anything you intend to rely on against your official provider's materials. We accept no liability for reliance on our materials. See our Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
